Our Salisbury baby swimming classes are run from a couple of pools at Salisbury Hospital. This pool at Odstock Health & Fitness is a shallow warm water pool heated to 32°C, great for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. There’s enough room for spectators (we know how much the grandparents love to watch), and parking is available (chargeable).

Odstock Health & Fitness at Salisbury District Hospital is located south of Salisbury city centre and is easily accessible from Andover, Downton, Fordingbridge and the Wallops.

All the below term dates are confirmed and will be taking place at Odstock Health & Fitness pool at Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury, Wiltshire. Swimming classes are 30 minutes & run consecutively in the time slots below. Children will go into the most appropriate class dependent upon your childs age and experience.

Our Instructors

All of our teachers understand young children and have a huge amount of experience supporting a variety of abilities. Each of them specialise in the baby, toddler and pre-schooler age groups. Our swimming teachers are the main reason so many of our Squidlets come back term after term.

Jodie

A super busy mum and with many years of nursery nurse experience Jodie understands how differently children learn. Jodie qualified to teach children to swim in 2016 and loves watching each child have fun and grow in confidence in the water.

Nicky

Mum of 2, Nicky is one of our most experienced and asked for teachers! She has been working as a swimming teacher since 2013, and has a passion for ensuring that all our children are given the best start to swimming they can be!
