The basics

All our aquanatal classes are taught in shallow-depth pools, meaning you can stand comfortably in the water and all equipment is provided.

Who is it suitable for?

Our antenatal swimming classes are suitable for mums-to-be, from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards, all the way through to full term.

A flexible programme

There is no previous swimming or yoga experience needed. Just bring yourself, your swimwear, a towel and enjoy!
