Our swimming lessons in Colchester, are held at The Frating Pool located at Fieldfare house, Bromley Road, Frating. There is free on-site parking, with additional parking off Mannings Road, which you can access the pool via a short walkway which takes all of 2 minutes. The bus stop is located outside The Kings Arms and is easily accessible from nearby towns and cities including Clacton, Manningtree, Harwich, and Colchester.

Small, intimate lessons

The private pool is heated to 32 degrees and has a maximum depth of 1.6m. The individual changing cubicles on site all have their own baby changing facilities, and there is also seating for spectators too. We kindly ask that you take any rubbish (including disposable swim nappies) home with you, and do not eat anything whilst in the pool facilities to ensure the area is kept nice and clean for everyone.

Course dates and times

All the below term dates are confirmed and will be taking place at Frating private pool in Colchester. Swimming classes are 30 minutes & run consecutively in the time slots below. Children will go into the most appropriate class dependent upon your child’s age and experience.
