Hi, I’m Jenna and I am utterly thrilled to bring Baby Squids swimming lessons to Yeovil and West Dorset. As a mum of a boy who was born in lockdown, I know how important it is to have activities that adults and children can engage in together, sharing the joy together of that experience. Swimming also comes with the additional benefit of children gaining the vital life skills that I firmly believe all individuals should possess.
I have been teaching swimming for over 20 years and am as passionate now as at the beginning, that all should be able to participate and enjoy the benefits the water can bring.
My lessons are designed to be fun, inclusive and progressive, whilst also recognising that all swimmers (and the adults with them!) are individuals with different levels of water confidence so lessons will be tailored to ensure that all gain the maximum benefit from our time together. Songs, toys and different activities help to support our swimmers to progress through our milestone programme recognising the achievements of each and every swimmer. Being a part of a swimmers journey in the water is an absolute privilege and I feel so lucky to be able to do this as a job!

We love teaching at Moonfleet Manor in Weymouth. What a stunning hotel and gorgeous location! It has plenty of parking, a lovely, warm pool, with great changing facilities. This is a real treat of a location not to be missed.

Great school swimming pool on the outskirts of Yeovil. It has lots of free parking available, and the hydrotherapy pool is heated at approx 33C, which the little ones (and adults) love!
