My name is Nic. I’m the director of the Baby Squids Wigan franchise. I can’t wait to be a part of your little ones swimming journey. Our classes are filled with lots of fun activities and techniques for you and your little one to experience together, creating a special bonding time while also learning an important life skill. We love teaching at Everlast Gym Leigh pool because it’s lovely and warm, perfect for babies and young children. A great pool with graduating steps is a perfect place to introduce your little one to the water.

Our mission at Baby Squids Wigan is about offering fun and progressive swimming classes, whilst being as flexible as we can. We know that from newborn through to school age, your child develops very fast, hence our Wigan baby swimming lessons are built around four Milestones, set to their current age and ability. We love it when babies attend from birth, but we welcome all abilities and love you to join our Wigan children’s swimming classes at any time mid-term. We like to work together with both parent/carers developing your child’s swimming skills, and are more than happy to talk through any specific concerns you may have before joining us.

Baby squids swimming lessons are fantastic – my little one loved them and they really help his development- every week is different and has a theme which always linked in to baby’s development. I am so glad we took the lessons as my LO now loves the pool and he loved the lessons and Nic is a great teacher – really friendly – thank you baby squids 🙂
